Special Services …"Hey Mom and Dad, can I go to school today?" ...

Imagine that … wanting to go to school; especially during summer break!  Well, that is exactly what happens at IEA.  We entice them to come with our XRKade.  They learn, they play, and they learn some more.  Why not? Whatever works, right?

At IEA  we surround fun with learning.  The diagram below represents our special services:

Our XRKade (pictured in the middle of the diagram) is centric to all of our programs.  What is the purpose of  XRKade®?  The purpose of the XRKade is to make physical activity and fitness FUN.  At IEA we focuss on 3 core objectives; Innovation, Technology, and Fitness.  /files/My Sample Gallery/Service Program.jpgUniversity of South Florida is one of the first to implement an XRKade within the Department of Education.  It is there, more than a year ago, that IEA discussed the possibility of installing an XRKade and what it could do for IEA students.  Our observation and supporting data convinced us to move forward.  It has been a year since IEA installed an XRKade and all IEA students are involved in the program. The very best indication of its success is when students who you would never dream doing it … are!  They are enjoying it and, most importantly, seeing the positive results of being active
