Florida Christian Virtual School is committed to providing the very best curriculum for its students. FLVCS partners with the very best developers and designers of online curriculum course materials under the direction and guidance of Sevenstar. Sevenstar staff continually monitor the success of our courses and continually improve the quality and delivery of our courses. To modify each online course, Sevenstar requires a 21-step process that included multiple reviews conducted by multiple experts. 

Sevenstar purchased a perpetual license for 50 courses from a developer with arguably the most outstanding online curriculum in the United States. This provider services 40,000 public, private, and homeschooled students. Our online school platform has been upgraded with the most important criteria of making the curriculum Christ-centered. The upgrade was completed by Christian educators with more than 500 years of combined professional experience. FLVCS offers outstanding, biblically-integrated online courses. 

Click on the following links to view examples of biblical integration concepts in English and Math.  Similar concepts were developed for all other subjects.  FLVCS online courses meet the highest levels of education and require critical thinking, analysis, and synthesis. In acquiring its courses, our partner made a conscious effort to work at the higher levels of Bloom's Taxonomy. Bloom's Taxonomy refers to a hierarchy of question stems that teachers use to guide their students through the learning process. For example, when students are first being introduced to a new topic, our teachers use Bloom's Taxonomy to get ideas for basic questions that ask the students to recall simple facts from the material. As student comprehension grows and evolves, the questions will get more complex and demand more from the students.
